These changes in the timings printed on the tickets can only be effected from 4/11/12 as the passengers have already booked their tickets in these train as per Advance Reservation Period of 120 days & the change in timings on the tickets may change their date of journey for example if the old timing of 23:40hrs printed on the reservation ticket is changed to 00:05 hrs than the date of journey changes to the next day.
